Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Aurora, CO is looking for a Rental Coordinator to work with customers, determine the best machine for a job, and coordinate daily rental transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of administrative or customer service experience, with pay starting at $22.00 per hour. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year admin/clerical experience preferred.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Heavy equipment environment familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoices Caterpillar and non-CAT rentals, damage charges, and demos.
• Process AG, Caterpillar, and non-CAT rentals and invoices.
• Maintain records on rental equipment transferred or sold.
• Apply applicable taxes to invoices.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Assist with rental, credit, and sales documents distribution.
• Input lost-sales rental data.
• Use DBS to manage reservations, contracts, pickups, and transfers.
• Handle overdue contracts and expired reservations.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with yard personnel.
• Assist walk-in customers with equipment options and availability.
• Quote rates and assist customers in decisions.
• Assist customers with invoicing or account information.
• Help customers select correct machine for job.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
