Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Aurora, CO is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage daily rental transactions, invoicing, and customer support. You will work closely with the rental fleet to match equipment to customer needs and ensure accurate documentation and timely processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year experience in a heavy equipment environment preferred.
• 1+ year administrative/clerical experience and 1+ year customer service experience required.
• College degree is a plus for preferred education.

Responsibilities

• Invoices Caterpillar and non-CAT rentals, damage charges, and demos.
• Performs rental processing steps for AG, Caterpillar, and non-CAT rentals and invoices.
• Maintains records on all rental equipment transferred or sold out of the Rental Fleet.
• Assists with taxes on invoices and reviews shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Inputs reservations, rental contracts, and transfers using DBS.
• Manages overdue contracts and coordinates shipping/receiving with yard personnel.
• Coordinates with customers to determine best equipment options and supports rental decisions.
