Job summary

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Two years minimum experience working on heavy equipment.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversees employees and assists in performance reviews.
• Develop rental schedule with future and current needs and service status.
• Coordinate repairs with Service for efficient scheduling and availability.
• Repair and diagnose machines in field, shop, or at customer sites.
• Communicate issues and resolution plans to customers during repairs.
