Job summary

Wagner CAT Rentals (Sales) in Fountain, CO is seeking a Rental Shop Coordinator to oversee branch maintenance, supervise mechanics and yard staff, and ensure timely, accurate paperwork. This role supports the One Professional Team vision and requires strong organization and communication skills.

Pay is $30.00-$34.04 per hour, depending on education and experience. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company contribution up to 7%, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years in the mechanical repair field with lead person or shop foreman experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes strong computer skills by assisting with the processing of work orders, purchase orders, and other relevant paperwork.
• Ensures completion of all relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
• Creates and closes in a timely manner, all PO's, ensuring accuracy and comments for future reference.
• Manages reports to boost productivity.
• Reviews profit and loss statements to help manage repair expenses.
