Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year experience in a customer-service role
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience
• 1+ years customer service experience
• College degree or coursework in computers/business/office administration preferred

Responsibilities

• Invoicing rental transactions for Caterpillar and non-CAT equipment and documenting related charges
• Process AG, Caterpillar, and non-CAT rentals and invoices accurately and efficiently
• Maintain rental equipment records when transferred or sold from the fleet
• Apply applicable taxes to invoices
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy
• Assist Rentals Fleet Sales Administrator with rental, credit and sales documents
• Enter lost-sales rental data into the system
• Use DBS to manage reservations, rental contracts, exchanges, and invoices
• Handle overdue contracts and ensure Contracts are current and signed
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with yard personnel
• Understand rental inventory for appropriate rentals
• Complete rental transactions through direct customer contact
• Assist walk-in customers with availability and options of equipment
• Quote rates and aid customers in selecting best equipment option
• Assist customers with invoicing or account-related issues
• Help customers locate appropriate machines for their job
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager
