The role requires leadership experience and a solid technical background in equipment rental, with a focus on supervising the yard and rental inventory teams and optimizing department budgets to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical education preferred.
• Two years of technical experience in equipment rental or related field.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience with a passion for team development.

Responsabilités

• Serve as frontline support for rental inquiries with prompt resolution.
• Conduct performance evaluations to foster team growth and development.
• Curate and manage the rental fleet to meet customer demands.
• Maintain records for licenses, inspections, and asset management.
• Collaborate with service to maintain rental equipment.
• Partner with sales to secure equipment for customer transactions.
• Supervise and mentor the yard coordinator and rental inventory coordinator.
• Oversee the rental department budget to optimize profitability.
• Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
