Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Permanent Equipment Quality Coordinator. You will ensure equipment is road ready, coordinate transports, and maintain yard organization while collaborating with Ryder shops and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year mechanical and/or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of truck and trailer equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks/tractors to ensure equipment is road ready.
• Prepare units for delivery or transport from the UTC.
• Move equipment around the yard in an orderly, presentable manner.
• Perform light mechanical work and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with local Ryder shops or 3rd party service providers.
• Submit weekly equipment exercise data via Teams.
