Job summary

Trane Technologies in the Kansas equipment group is seeking an Equipment Project Administrator to handle project documentation, materials, job costing, and closeout under supervision. Location options include Wichita or Lenexa, KS, with onsite work Monday to Thursday and flexible Friday location.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers to keep schedules, coordinate BOMs, ship dates, invoicing, and client communication, while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in a

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; up to two years of related experience or training.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the equipment fulfillment process with general administrative tasks.
• Order bill of materials for projects.
• Obtain BOMs, update ship dates and schedules.
• Update customers on estimated ship dates.
• Process all job closeout documentation.
