Job summary

Trane Technologies in Bellevue, WA seeks a Project Administrator to support project documentation, procurement, job costing, and invoicing through the project lifecycle.

Under supervision, you will interact with internal and external customers to ensure timely completion, manage cost recording, and coordinate with PMs and engineers. The role requires strong communication and flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and be able to work independently or in a team.
• Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and good judgement.
• Experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial systems and basic accounting is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work processes and use multiple enterprise systems.
• Coordinate project handover from Sales to Operations within systems.
• Administer projects through lifecycle to ensure contract compliance and delivery.
• Handle procurement: orders, subcontracts, and vendor communications.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing per customer requirements and PM direction.
• Record costs, timesheets, forecasts, and vendor invoices accurately.
• Review billing backlog and communicate with PMs, field techs, and customers.
