Job summary

Kokosing Construction seeks an Equipment Coordinator to support projects by tracking equipment location, movement, and utilization across Kokosing Group resources. You will coordinate with trucking, maintenance, and project teams to meet schedules and reduce outside rentals.

The role requires 5 years of construction equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and computer skills, and familiarity with Viewpoint software and Microsoft Outlook. Some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or equipment rental.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and their capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Track equipment locations and movements across projects.
• Coordinate equipment from project to project to optimize utilization.
• Maintain equipment schedules and monitor utilization to reduce rentals.
• Collaborate with Trucking, Maintenance, and project teams to meet dates.
• Provide liaison between field supervision and maintenance supervision.
