Qualifications

• Knowledge of MSHA and OSHA regulations and guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and hiring of equipment operators by providing interview translation services, conducting pre-employment operator skills assessments, and administering the Operator Expectations Quiz.
• Coordinate the placement of operators to ensure the best fit for both the company and the operator.
• Evaluate operator candidates on their technical skills.
• Make recommendations regarding operator placement to benefit the company and the operator.
• Provide training to new operators to develop and improve equipment operation skills.
• Work with experienced operators to keep their skills up-to-date.
