Oldcastle Mountain West Division is seeking an Equipment Performance Improvement Manager to optimize fleet performance, total cost of ownership, and maintenance programs across the West Division. The hybrid role will collaborate with operations, shop teams, and finance to drive cost efficiencies and reliability.

Candidate will lead equipment excellence initiatives, manage CapEx planning, and mentor division equipment leaders while promoting safety and reliability across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop and equipment management experience.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems.
• CMMS familiarity and use.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience in construction and materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Improve total cost of ownership and equipment performance.
• Lead safety culture and maintenance best practices.
• Collaborate with Finance on CapEx and budgeting.
• Coordinate with Division Equipment Managers and procurement.
• Drive fleet strategies and equipment replacement plans.
