Job summary

MasTec, Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator for ICL-IEA Constructors, LLC project sites in Texas.

The role involves operating front end loaders, graders, excavators, dozers, scrapers, and related heavy machinery to perform land clearing, excavation, grading, and underground utility work on civil, industrial, and wind projects. Candidates should have 1–3 years of related experience and at least 1 year operating heavy equipment, with strong safety awareness, ability to follow

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training
• Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy equipment operation role
• Be knowledgeable of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including loaders, graders, excavators, dozers, and more per job requirements
• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures
• Load dirt and materials onto trucks and level terrain
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and other activities
• Perform routine maintenance and document reports
• Travel to different job sites as needed
