Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a hands-on lead to oversee and optimize equipment and inventory operations across multiple project sites. You will manage lifecycle, procurement, maintenance, and data reporting to improve safety, availability, and cost-effectiveness for tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles.

Responsibilities include implementing charge-out systems, negotiating vendor contracts, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field; 8+ years in equipment/inventory management.
Experience leading logistics or field support teams including labor coordination and delivery operations.
Knowledge of inventory controls, equipment lifecycle, and construction site operations.
Familiarity with equipment maintenance schedules and vendor negotiation.
Experience with construction-related tools and equipment; sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize equipment inventory, logistics, and lifecycle operations across multiple sites.
Oversee procurement, distribution, usage tracking, maintenance, and retirement of assets.
Implement charge-out systems and rental programs per policy and site needs.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships at scale.
Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance are followed.
