Equipment Maintenance Technician - $1000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Position Overview

The Heavy Equipment Operator must operate skid steers, loaders, dozers, crushers, or excavators according to project specifications. Responsibilities include servicing and maintaining equipment daily. Travel is required for this position.

Primary Duties

• Operate equipment efficiently to meet production goals
• Assist with setup and teardown of plants
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs as directed
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
• Lift objects weighing up to 80 lbs regularly
• Use shovels for material movement as needed
• Follow safety guidelines per MSHA and company policies
• Conduct pre-shift inspections
• Adhere to all safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate equipment efficiently
• Mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance
• Basic welding and cutting torch skills
• Acceptable MVR per company policy
• Willingness to obtain MSHA certification (company-paid)
• Ability to work under various weather conditions
