Job summary

RMD Kwikform, a division of Altrad Group, seeks an entry-level Equipment Logistics Specialist to support order entry, sourcing, and delivery scheduling for rental equipment in North America.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and teamwork, with on-the-job training provided and a requirement for an associated degree or certificate in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field from a community college or trade school.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven, team environment.
• Able to multi-task efficiently while staying detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders and returns accurately and on time
• Source material to fulfill job and rental requirements
• Schedule and coordinate delivery and return trucks
• Perform light purchasing duties as needed
• Support sales and engineering staff with equipment availability and inquiries
• Maintain job files
• Provide prompt, professional customer service
• Assist with tracking rental and sales inventory
