Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined rental coordination and transportation/dispatch experience.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.
• Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Experience supporting multiple branches and balancing fleet utilization.

Responsibilities

• Open, extend, amend, and close rental contracts with accurate rates, terms, POs, insurance, and billing.
• Schedule, dispatch, and route drivers and carriers for delivery, pickup, and inter-branch transfers.
• Verify equipment readiness with Service prior to release; process off-rent, return inspection, and billing for damages or fuel.
• Maintain fleet records: on-rent status, hour meters, mileage, and current equipment location.
• Coordinate transport across branches; communicate delivery windows and handle exceptions.
