Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, communications or related field a plus.
• 2+ years' experience in customer service, rental, logistics, sales support, or industrial required.
• DOT physical and valid driver's license for more than 3 years with a reasonably clean record required.
• TWIC card possession or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and gather information to fulfill rental requests.
• Prepare and maintain rental contracts, quotes, purchase orders, and records.
• Communicate order status, delivery expectations, and changes clearly.
• Understand rental lifecycle from inquiry to closeout and invoicing support.
• Coordinate equipment transfers between branches and with drivers, service, and sales.
