Carrier Rental Systems in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to support our depot. You will assist scheduling maintenance, coordinating freight, and handling shipping/receiving for rental equipment.

The role requires a HS diploma, 6+ months warehouse experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license; overtime is expected. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Overtime is required.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance with the Lead Tech(s) and Depot Manager.
• Coordinate freight or logistics between brokers and customers.
• Load and unload equipment in the yard.
• Inspect equipment leaving and returning to verify bills of lading.
• Establish and maintain spare parts and inventories.
• Follow EH&S plan and complete online required courses.
