Responsibilities include proactive communication, status coordination with carriers, and documenting interactions in PTR systems to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or account experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between carriers and customers for assigned shipments.
• Monitor shipments throughout transit using telematics systems and transportation management tools.
• Provide proactive shipment updates, including ETAs, delivery confirmations, and shipment changes.
• Coordinate with carriers to obtain accurate shipment status, ETAs, and issue resolution.
• Maintain professional, timely communication with customers throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Document customer interactions and shipment updates in PTR systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipment visibility and customer experience.
• Support company KPIs related to customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and visibility.
