RealTruck is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, inventory, and logistics support for the warehouse. This onsite role collaborates with operations, customer service, HR, and logistics to ensure accurate inventory, timely shipping, and compliant processes.

The role covers cycle counts, shipping support for domestic and international shipments, ERP/WMS usage, and maintaining records. Onsite at Forney, TX with opportunities to improve warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience required.
• Previous experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred (Manhattan ERP experience an asset).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, inventory, and logistics support for the warehouse.
• Support daily shipping activities for domestic and international shipments.
• Update shipping addresses and shipping methods in ERP/WMS.
• Coordinate resolution of failed orders and ensure stock availability.
• Record and distribute notes for safety meetings.
• May support HR in onboarding and orientation at some sites.
