Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Coordinator, Equipment Logistics to manage inbound and outbound rental equipment for flawless event execution. This full-time role focuses on daily processing and staging, ensuring reservation integrity and readiness. Collaboration with the Audio Visual Production team is essential.

Based in Dallas, TX, the position requires teamwork, strong communication, and hands-on handling of diverse equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience within event production and/or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets.
• Ability to complete electronic repairs with soldering skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain all incoming equipment for the specified area.
• Assist with inventorying serialized and non-serialized product types, including work trunks and kits.
• Communicate with show personnel to gather accurate show requirements and enter equipment into R2.
• Facilitate accurate pulling of equipment according to R2.
• Track missing parts and create replacement part orders.
• Help implement SOPs and quality control guidelines for equipment.
• Identify high priority equipment needs.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely to complete daily tasks.
