The Freeman Company is seeking a Dock Coordinator Equipment Logistics to manage inbound and outbound rental equipment, ensuring order integrity and readiness for events. This full-time, in-office/warehouse role is based in Dallas, TX and supports the AV Production team.

You will coordinate warehouse activities, stage equipment, and oversee loading processes while collaborating with transport and other departments to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in event production or warehouse operations.

Responsabilités

• Work with warehouse teams to stage orders.
• Direct all truck loading to ensure safe cargo.
• Assist Transportation to release trucks.
• Assist inbound/outbound with equipment transfers.
• Escalate missing or damaged equipment.
• Escalate space constraints to warehouse management.
• Assist in training warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety and risk policies are followed.
• Promote teamwork between warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

The Dock Coordinator Equipment Logistics is responsible for the processing of inbound and outbound equipment for the purpose of flawless execution of events. This role will be directly responsible for the daily processing and staging of inbound and outbound rental equipment in accordance to procedure(s) to ensure integrity is maintained in our reservations and equipment readiness. This position requires teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.

This position will support our AV Production team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office/warehouse based in Dallas, TX.

• Work directly with all warehouse teams to ensure completed equipment orders are properly staged and ready for loading
• Direct all truck loading processes to ensure safe, balanced and properly secured cargo
• Assist Transportation team to release completed trucks
• Assist inbound and outbound teams with sorting of equipment, including Sub-Rentals and Equipment Transfers
• Escalate Missing or Damaged Equipment
• Escalate space constraints to warehouse management
• Assist in Training/development of warehouse staff
• Ensure sound safety and risk policies and procedures through all areas of operation
• Promote teamwork and communication between all warehouse operations
• Assists other department heads as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Minimum 2 years of related experience within event production and/or warehouse operations
