The Freeman Company seeks a Dock Coordinator Equipment Logistics to manage inbound and outbound rental equipment for flawless event execution. Based in Dallas, this in-person, full-time role supports the AV Production team with staging, loading, and coordination.

You will work closely with warehouse and transportation teams, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely processing of shipments. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in event production and/or warehouse operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work with warehouse teams to stage completed equipment orders.
• Direct truck loading to ensure safe, balanced cargo.
• Assist Transportation to release completed trucks.
• Sort inbound/outbound equipment including sub-rentals and transfers.
• Escalate missing or damaged equipment and space constraints.
• Assist in training warehouse staff and maintain safety policies.
• Promote teamwork and cross-department communication.
