Patterson Companies in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Branch Procurement Specialist to manage equipment orders from quote to installation, including payment collection and coordination with Sales and Service. This role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and precise inventory control in a people-first culture.

You will oversee procurement administration, vendor relations, invoicing, and returns while supporting the equipment life-cycle and ensuring on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Proven soft skills - organization, attention to detail, analytics, problem solving, collaboration.
• Demonstrated success in prioritizing and time-management.
• Established decision-making abilities and sound judgement.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to contribute to team environment by taking initiative to learn and improve.

Responsabilités

• Project Management: manage equipment life-cycle from quote to installation, schedule site evaluations and inventory management.
• Procurement Administration: process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor communications; manage inventory and returns.
• Customer Service: communicate professionally with customers and vendors; follow-up as required.
