ACTS Fleet Maintenance is seeking a Parts & Procurement Specialist in Knoxville, TN. You will source and procure automotive and fleet maintenance parts, manage inventory, and coordinate with technicians and managers to ensure timely availability of parts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in procurement or inventory roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP or procurement software. This position offers a stable, full-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years in parts procurement, inventory, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with procurement software/ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure automotive, diesel, and fleet maintenance parts.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and terms for purchasing agreements.
• Create and track purchase orders; ensure timely processing.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement controls.
• Coordinate with technicians and service managers on parts needs.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and receiving records.
• Research alternative suppliers to reduce costs.
