Job summary

Patterson Companies in Memphis is seeking a Branch Procurement Specialist responsible for end-to-end equipment orders, from sales quotation and order through installation and payment collection. The role requires close collaboration with Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.

You will manage procurement, invoices, vendor communications, and inventory, while maintaining optimal stock levels and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in business or accounting, or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and analytics.
• Proven time-management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to learn and use new technology efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment life-cycle from quotation to inventory and installation.
• Monitor gross margin on equipment sales.
• Coordinate with TechEdge Service Coordinators for planning.
• Schedule installations with Service Dept, Territory Salesperson, and customer.
• Verify orders upon receipt and stage equipment for delivery.
