Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in general business or accounting concentration preferred, or at least 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Proven soft skills – organization, attention to detail, analytics, problem solving, collaboration.
• Established decision-making abilities and sound judgment; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment life-cycle: quotes, orders, invoicing, returns, and installation scheduling.
• Procurement administration: purchase orders, vendor contacts, inventory, and finance documents.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service teams; ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with vendor price discrepancies.
