Job summary

WW Clyde is seeking an Equipment Manager to lead the equipment department with $300 million in revenue and more than $100 million in assets in Arizona. You will ensure readiness, optimize fleet use, and guide capital expenditure across the enterprise.

The role requires strong financial intuition, leadership, and a track record of managing equipment strategy across multiple projects, with DOT compliance and familiarity with the HCSS software suite.

Responsibilities

• Visualize, fulfill, and implement the vision and core values.
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Evaluate processes and structure; recommend and implement improvements.
• Own the capital expenditure strategy for all company equipment.
• Optimize fleet and equipment utilization across the company.
• Identify unused or unproductive equipment for sale, rebuild, or reallocation.
• Supervise and lead the equipment department; drive engagement.
• Generate equipment rates for projects and proposals.
• Collaborate with project teams on equipment strategy.
• Other duties as assigned.
