Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee procurement, lifecycle, and financial optimization for the company fleet in Central Texas. The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with General Managers and the President, and regular travel to Austin and Waco markets.

The successful candidate will drive cost efficiencies, manage CAP-EX, and optimize asset utilization with CMMS and performance metrics to deliver operational excellence across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience with a minimum of 10 years of equipment management experience required.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred.
• Experience managing P&L responsibility preferred.
• Experience in mining, construction or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive asset procurement, management and maintenance with focus on total cost of ownership.
• Travel up to 60% within Central Texas to coordinate with local teams.
• Maintain and execute CAP-EX plans and justify purchases.
• Determine lease vs. buy to optimize lifecycle costs.
• Develop fleet strategy for sharing equipment across markets.
• Lead OPS/CMMS implementation and collaborate with OEM partners.
