You will coordinate logistics, assist with acquisitions, and help manage budgets while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Successful candidates will have a related degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with equipment

Qualifications

• Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related discipline preferred.
• Experience with equipment rental company is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to make important financial decisions.
• Familiarity with Canada/US customs acts is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct equipment and tool support to customers.
• Recommends best solutions to maximize equipment utilization.
• Monitors and analyzes financial performance and utilization of fleet via monthly reports.
• Coordinates local and cross-border equipment logistics.
• Assists in gathering quotes, researching specifications, and performing calculations for acquisitions.
• Supports development of the equipment asset budget and AFEs/AFDs workflows.
• Leads annual rate review by analyzing trends and historical data.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and HSE requirements.
• Builds strong stakeholder relationships.
