Qualifications

• Review and analyze loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, compliance, and operational risk.
• Verify funding conditions are satisfied prior to funding and identify deficiencies.
• Coordinate funding activities with lenders, credit administration, legal counsel, title companies, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation to ensure alignment with approved terms.
• Prepare and execute funding documentation requiring authorized signatures.
• Initiate wire transfers and other funding disbursements while maintaining controls.
