Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of equipment financing and leasing experience.
• Experience in equipment financing product development, profitability, and pricing.
• Proficiency with tax and accounting rules as they pertain to leasing.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as equipment finance systems.
• Ability to understand and embrace HomeTrust Bank values and policies.
• Familiarity with banking regulations pertaining to lending and consumer finance.

• Maintains a scheduled calling program with commercial clients and prospects to develop the equipment finance product.
• Addresses competition and identifies new markets to maximize portfolio volume and earnings.
• Targets private and public companies with high annual capex and focuses on direct end-users and vendors.
• Analyzes client financial data to manage risk and submit complete credit applications.
• Attains or exceeds annual budgets for volume and fees, averaging $300,000 per transaction.
• Collaborates with Commercial Relationship Managers and sends viable referrals to bank teams.
• Provides equipment finance product training in bank meetings.
• Designs and proposes viable equipment finance transactions.
• Tailors agreements to meet customer needs from start to close.
