Job summary

Altius Search Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Specialist - Equipment Finance to support documentation, coordination, and administration of leasing transactions. You will work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to move transactions from pricing and documentation through funding and payments.

The ideal candidate has equipment leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of equipment leasing or equipment finance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of lease documentation, processing, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, required information, and status.
• Structure and process front-end lease transactions with customers and vendors.
• Respond to questions on proposals, schedules, lease terms, and docs.
• Resolve issues with customers, vendors, and internal teams promptly and professionally.
• Ensure understanding of lease obligations, docs, and timelines.
• Provide high levels of service and support to partners.
• Enter equipment and transaction details into the leasing system.
• Create and maintain complete lease files and organize records.
• Coordinate orders with outside vendors and assist with invoice reconciliation.
• Process docs for bank line advances, funding, and vendor payments.
• Maintain logs to monitor funding needs and transaction progress.
• Prepare accurate lease schedule docs per structure and legal requirements.
• Partner with sales for proper account management and follow-through.
• Assist with admin duties, including filing, UCC items, and follow-up.
