You will perform in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis to quantify transaction risk, and collaborate with originations, portfolio management, legal, compliance and risk partners to execute deals smoothly.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS degree.
• 6 years of related work experience.
• MBA degree with Finance focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in underwriting, packaging and closing EF transactions.
• Demonstrate high-level qualitative and quantitative analysis; identify and quantify transaction risk.
• Provide administrative support across the EF Structuring team.
• Comply with risk policies and procedures.
• Work with originations, portfolio management, legal, compliance and risk partners to facilitate seamless execution.
• Demonstrate Truist culture and values.
