Blue Bridge Financial, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in Reston, VA to drive new business in our Direct Lending Division. You will originate opportunities, build relationships with business owners, and guide clients through the financing process.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, collaborate with Credit, Underwriting, and Funding teams, and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering a seamless client experience.

Competenze

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with accuracy.
• Experience with equipment finance or commercial lending is preferred.

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify financing needs.

• Manage the sales process from initial contact to funding.
