U.S. Bank is seeking an entry-level Leasing Specialist 3 to provide administrative and operational support for its Equipment Finance team. You will work with credit analysts, documentation partners, and sales to prepare transactions for review and processing.

The role handles application setup for large- and small-ticket deals, including KYC activities, with exposure greater than $1M for some transactions. It offers broad exposure to credit, documentation, and compliance within a collaborative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years of experience in leasing or other financial operations activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests via shared email with FIFO workflow.
• Set up Equipment Finance applications in systems for large- and small-ticket transactions.
• Review packages to confirm documents and information are received.
• Verify signed applications and customer financial information.
• Enter and maintain customer and transaction data across systems.
• Prepare information so credit analysts have complete packages for review.
• Support large-ticket transactions >$1M and KYC work.
• Monitor KYC system queue and process related work.
• Collaborate with credit analysts, documentation, sales, and operations to move transactions efficiently.
• Handle sensitive information accurately and in compliance with procedures.
