Job summary

U-Haul in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, using our technology to manage rentals and inventory, and ensuring a smooth experience. The role requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

You will join a supportive team, with on-the-job education and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
