Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Bountiful, UT to be the face of our friendly team. You will help customers with U-Haul products and services, inspect and maintain equipment, and use the U-Scan app to dispatch and return rentals.

The role offers on-the-job education, opportunities to advance, and benefits. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and answer questions about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment) and drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned.
