Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the United States to be the face of our service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers. The role includes inspective duties and ongoing learning through U-Haul University.

The position offers on-the-job education, paid time for interviews, and several employee benefits. You will join a supportive team dedicated to helping customers on their journeys.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license may be required for certain duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
