Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with Accounting/Finance/Business discipline or equivalent experience required.
• High attention to detail.
• Comprehensive written communication skills.
• Proficient with accounting systems and GAAP, with a Balance Sheet focus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word
• FileBound knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and make entries for all JDSC (John Deere Sales Center) activities for a region of locations.
• Receipt new John Deere and Non-John Deere equipment invoices.
• Daily entries to assign cost to all New Equipment.
• Weekly reconciliation of New Equipment invoices to JDSC records.
• Research and provide support relating to missing, inaccurate, or unidentified New Equipment.
• Provide support in reviewing all sales deals through workflow.
• Oversee and assist with daily entries of JDSC activities for all locations.
