Signal Energy is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to shape utility-scale BESS projects by combining technical insight with cross-functional collaboration. You’ll own EPC Agreement negotiations, constructability alignment, procurement buy-out, and execution planning to set up safe, predictable, and profitable delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence project strategies, and drive innovative solutions while working with remote and on-site stakeholders across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CE/EE/Architecture/CM/Bus).
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts and terms.
• Solid scheduling and risk management knowledge.
• Proficiency in budget and cash flow analysis.
• Experience in power plant EPC; BESS EPC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with BD, Engineering, Scheduling, Estimating, and Operations to align project needs and strategies.
• Review RFP documents to confirm scope, schedule, and design criteria; identify risks.
• Manage RFP deliverables and deadlines to meet client requirements.
• Lead EPC Agreement negotiations and coordinate risk reviews with Legal and Leadership.
• Drive project handover, risk reviews, and execution planning for successful delivery.
