Job summary

Slate is seeking a Quality Systems Analyst to support the eQMS and drive continuous improvement. You will maintain system integrity, ensure compliance, and train users while standardizing processes across the organization.

You will participate in configuring workflows, testing changes, and managing access and document control. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a proactive approach to system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems and compliance standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Hands-on experience with eQMS platforms and system administration.
• Ability to work autonomously on projects.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop eQMS Administrator SOPs and work instructions with the QMS Manager.
• Review and standardize SOPs and work instructions for consistency.
• Test and validate new features, workflows, and updates prior to deployment.
• Configure system settings, workflows, and user permissions.
• Develop training materials to promote effective system usage.
• Manage user accounts, versioning, approvals, and archival for documents.
• Monitor system usage and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
• Handle IMDS system setup and build workflows.
