Job summary

Slate is seeking a Plant CI-Q Excellence Group Leader to drive QMS/QOS, PMT integration and continuous improvement across our automotive plant in the USA. You will lead a team of quality experts, align with IT and vendors, and advance data-driven quality initiatives.

You will foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence, supporting audits, training and performance monitoring to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience with Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of quality systems, processes, methods, tools and standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 etc).
• Experience integrating QMS/QOS with PLM, MES and ERP networks.
• Auditor experience in ISO/IATF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experts in Q-Excellence, QMS, QOS, and PMT for quality systems development, integration and rollout.
• Coordinate requirements, user feedback, and best practices for QMS and QOS systems.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of quality systems.
• Support supplier and manufacturing quality processes for QMS/QOS consistency and effectiveness.
• Lead auditing and certification activities for ISO and IATF.
