Job summary
Jack Laurie Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Epoxy Foreman to lead teams installing fluid-applied coatings, polyaspartic, polyurea and epoxy flooring systems on industrial and commercial projects within a local radius. You will ensure top-quality workmanship, supervise crews, read blueprints, manage safety, and deliver on-time, defect-free results.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in epoxy flooring or resinous flooring systems.
- Experience leading crews and coordinating epoxy/fluids-coated installations.
- Proven ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot job-site challenges.
Responsibilities
- Supervise epoxy and fluid-applied coatings installation teams.
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specs.
- Ensure surface preparation and seamless application of coatings.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and keep projects on schedule.
- Train and mentor crewmembers for peak performance.
- Maintain job site safety and compliance.
