Ideal candidates have 2+ years in flooring or coatings and are eager to grow expertise in epoxy and concrete finishing while adhering to safety standards and production goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in flooring or coatings.
• Familiarity with epoxy, urethane, MMA, or polished concrete is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of epoxy and other fluid-applied flooring systems.
• Support polished concrete preparation and finishing.
• Surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, patching, and moisture mitigation.
• Mix and apply materials according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Follow job site safety standards and company procedures.
• Work as part of a crew to meet quality and production goals.
• Travel to job sites as required.
