Jack Laurie Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Epoxy Foreman to lead teams installing fluid-applied coatings, polyaspartic, polyurea and epoxy flooring systems on industrial and commercial projects within a local radius. You will ensure top-quality workmanship, supervise crews, read blueprints, manage safety, and deliver on-time, defect-free results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in epoxy flooring or resinous flooring systems.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating epoxy/fluids-coated installations.
• Proven ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot job-site challenges.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As our Epoxy Foreman, you’ll lead teams in installing fluid-applied coatings, polyaspartic, polyurea, and epoxyflooring systems. You will ensure top-quality workmanship while managingjob sites efficiently and safely. Our projects range from industrial andcommercial spaces to high-end resinous flooring installations, requiringprecision, expertise, and leadership.
