Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with automated machines used in manufacturing.
• Experience navigating military standards and/or other engineering data packages (e.g. product drawings).

Responsibilities

• Support the Microwave Automated Factory in high-volume, high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to equipment, process, material, and product problems.
• Collaborate with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacturing.
• Develop and implement materials, processes, and process improvements using SPC/DOE techniques and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate materials, equipment and processes and interface with suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Spend extensive time in a clean room environment following ESD procedures.
