Job summary

RTX is hiring a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer for the US-MA Andover site. You will be responsible for uptime and maintenance of metal evaporation/sputter systems and lift-off equipment in a cleanroom environment, performing hands-on troubleshooting and repair.

The role requires a university degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience and familiarity with SEMI 10 standards, SPC concepts, and predictive maintenance using FDC software.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in a related field.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Familiar with SEMI 10 standards; able to read equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment issues using manuals and system knowledge.
• Triage and repair equipment based on priority and operations needs.
• Support the Emergency Response Team as needed.
