Job summary

Summa Health's Neurosciences Institute in Akron, Ohio is seeking an experienced Epilepsy Specialist to join a comprehensive epilepsy program within a health system invested in technology, advanced diagnostics, and surgical intervention for epilepsy.

The practice combines clinic and inpatient/EMU settings with a fully staffed neurophysiology laboratory, extensive in-house imaging, research opportunities, and an academic appointment with Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) for qualified

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Completion of an Epilepsy fellowship.
• Preference for an experienced epilepsy physician with interest in complex epilepsy management and/or advanced epilepsy care.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in Ohio or ability to obtain an Ohio medical license.
• Interest in participating in teaching, lectures and resident education.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered, team-based care.
• Interest in clinical innovation, technology and the continued advancement of epilepsy treatment.
